Consumer Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Client has the possibility, in the event of a dispute and after having contacted the Domaine du Roncemay customer service without receiving a satisfactory response within a reasonable period of time, to use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution to the dispute.

Domaine du Roncemay adheres to the mediation scheme proposed by the UMIH and falls under the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV):

The Client may refer the matter to the mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint sent to Domaine du Roncemay.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the Client may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform available at the following address:
https://commission.europa.eu/index_en

In the event that mediation fails, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable law.
