Patisserie side

When it comes to pastries at the Domaine du Roncemay, indulgence is no bad thing. The head pastry chef, Marine Mateos, unleashes her creativity with a menu inspired by her previous experiences in Parisian palaces; she also invites Nordic and Mediterranean influences alongside purely Burgundian references, a daring combination that is the signature of Restaurant Erre. All these elements come together harmoniously in desserts where taste and indulgence take precedence, without artifice or superfluity.
